For your convenience, we have secured a room block at the Hampton Inn in Mount Vernon, Ohio. This comfortable and convenient hotel is approximately 15 miles (around a 24 minute drive) from the event center and is a great option for guests who prefer a traditional hotel stay.

Our wedding block offers a special rate of $__ per room, per night, with a one-night stay available from Saturday, September 4 through Sunday, September 5, 2027. Complimentary hot breakfast, Wi-Fi, and parking are included with your stay.

For guests traveling with family or friends, Mohican Country Cabins offers a collection of private cabins and vacation homes throughout the Mohican area. These are a wonderful option for groups who would like to stay together and make a weekend out of the celebration!

Properties range from cozy two-bedroom cabins to larger three- and four-bedroom homes that can accommodate up to 10 guests. Depending on the property, amenities may include multiple bathrooms, full kitchens, hot tubs, fireplaces, fire pits, game rooms, wooded acreage, and beautiful Mohican River views.

Because each cabin is located at a different property, distance and drive time to the event center will vary. We recommend checking the individual property location when choosing your stay.

For guests looking to make a weekend out of the celebration, Mohican State Park offers cabins and more than 180 campsites surrounded by the beautiful Mohican River and State Forest. The park is approximately 6.8 miles (about a 12-minute drive) from the event center, although drive times from individual cabins and campsites may vary.

Preferred Cabins are located along the Clear Fork River and sleep up to 6 guests, making them a great option for families or groups traveling together. Cabins include heat and air-conditioning, two private bedrooms plus a sofa, a fireplace, screened porch, fire ring, full kitchen, furnished living room, and private bathroom with shower. Linens, dishes, and cookware are provided, and four pet-friendly cabins are available.

For guests bringing a camper or RV—or those who prefer traditional camping—Mohican also offers full hook-up, electric, and non-electric campsites, including some sites located along the river. Campground amenities include showers, flush toilets, a campground store, playground, sports courts, and seasonal swimming pool.

Please Note: Our wedding falls on Labor Day weekend, one of the busiest times to visit the Mohican area. Cabins can be reserved up to one year before your arrival date, so we strongly recommend booking as early as possible once reservations for our wedding weekend become available.

The Mount Vernon Grand Hotel in downtown Mount Vernon, Ohio. This is a beautiful boutique hotel which combines historic charm with modern comforts and is located 16 miles (approximately a 24-minute drive) from the event center.

For guests looking for a unique stay, Landoll’s Mohican Castle offers castle-inspired accommodations nestled in the wooded hills of the Mohican area. Located just 6.3 miles (approximately a 14-minute drive) from the event center, it is one of the closest lodging options to our wedding. The property features individually styled rooms and suites, an indoor pool and hot tub, lovely outdoor spaces, and an on-site restaurant serving lunch, dinner, and cocktails—making it a romantic choice for couples or guests who want to make a weekend of the celebration.

Please note: Landoll’s currently has an existing room block for the wedding weekend, so we are unable to reserve a separate Armstrong Wedding block at this time. Any rooms remaining from the existing block are expected to be released to the public approximately 90 days before our wedding weekend (around June 2027). If you’re interested in staying at Landoll’s, we recommend checking availability closer to the wedding date. Rooms at Landoll’s are not guaranteed and are not part of the Armstrong Wedding room blocks.
